ce livre est tellement amusant. comme Jane Austen, mais beaucoup plus intelligent.
A moving tale told in the first person by Bauby, a previous senior editor for french Elle, about his life after suffering a devastating stroke that leaves him only with the ability to blink and turn his head as means of communication. Perhaps the most amazing thing about this book was thinking that it was all written painstakingly letter by letter interpreted by someone following a blink to signify the correct one. As such the sentences are concise and the book short, yet is able to powerfully convey the authors hopes, dreams, longings for past simple pleasures without becomming bitter or overly sad.
